Opposite Delacombe Town Centre, the Bunnings development was delivered in 2019 providing Ballarat and the broader region with its second Bunnings facility. Since opening, the centre has opened its doors to a further two retail spaces. One retail space is occupied by the well renowned Petstock while the other is occupied by numerous specialty retailers.
