Facilities Management

Minimise Risk Management with thorough coverage through our partners and digital systems. We partner with Multiple Services across our portfolio who manage all ESM compliance and undertake proactive risk management measures like thermal scanning of switchboards, annual slip testing, RCD testing, public lighting lux level testing to ensure we’re ahead of any P&L claims.

Market leading systems. We use QR code contractor induction systems to ensure even on our remote sites that our contractors are adhering to WHS practices. Regular property inspections to ensure presentation is kept at a high level and we proactively manage CAPEX planning to protect your investment.


Financial Management

Combining an expert team and our market leading system Yardi – we have a nimble and comprehensive financial management system. We can provide tailored reporting from a single asset through to consolidated fund reporting.

Our finance team is local and is deeply integrated with our web based system. From managing property level transactions to tenant insurance compliance to delivering monthly investor distributions. Our finance platform can do it all accurately and on time.

Troon Group was established nearly a decade ago by Tom McInerney and his business partners, Steve and James Troon. Since its inception, the company has focused on delivering high-quality projects and innovative solutions within the industry.

As Managing Director of Troon Group Pty Ltd, Tom leads the strategic direction of the organisation & is responsible for the performance of our Development & Asset Management teams.
